Review Gap Calculator
Compare the park's review count against the three parks campers compare it with.
Calculators, checklists and templates. No sign-up, no email required, and every one of them works without hiring anybody.
Marketing calculators have a bad reputation, and it is deserved. Most of them are lead capture with arithmetic attached: you enter a few numbers, an alarming figure appears, and the assumptions that produced it are hidden.
The ones here work differently, and the rules are the same across all of them.
The point of these is to help an owner think, not to produce a frightening number that sells a service.

Being clear about the limits is what makes the outputs worth anything.
None of these tools can see the park. They work from numbers you supply, so a result is only ever as good as the figures behind it. A guess about occupancy produces a guess about revenue, dressed up in a box with a border.
They also cannot account for the things that decide a season. Weather, a road closure, a competitor opening two exits down, a bridge out on the route campers used to take. A model showing a comfortable number does not make any of that go away.
And they cannot tell you whether a change caused an outcome. Say review count climbs and bookings climb in the same quarter. No calculator can separate those from the fact it was simply a better summer. Anyone claiming otherwise is selling attribution nobody has.
Used properly, these are thinking tools. They are useful for sizing a problem, comparing two options, and finding out whether something is worth an afternoon. They are not forecasts, and nothing here will pretend a range is a prediction.
Where a tool relies on an assumption, the park almost always has the real figure sitting somewhere.
Call volume is in the phone bill or the carrier's call log. Occupancy is in the reservation platform. Average nightly rate is in last season's takings. Review counts are on the profiles themselves, and so are competitors'.
Spending twenty minutes replacing three assumptions with three real numbers changes the output more than any tool ever will. That is the single most useful thing an owner can do with any of these.
Separate from these, each service has a free audit behind it. The difference is that an audit is done by a person looking at the actual park rather than by arithmetic on numbers you typed.
Those do require an email address, because that is how the findings get delivered. There is no call, no card and no obligation. A worked example is published as the sample audit, so you can read one before requesting one.
