Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the FillMyPark services, provided by Ryzoro LLC, a Nevada limited liability company located in Laughlin, Nevada ("Ryzoro," "we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. Questions reach info@fillmypark.com.

The services

FillMyPark offers four managed services for RV parks and campgrounds, described in full on their pages: Review & Reputation Automation, the AI Receptionist, Google Profile Management, and Website & Local Search Management. Each is a managed service we configure and operate. None is software you license or install.

Fees and billing

Current pricing: Review & Reputation Automation is $149 per month plus a one-time $75 setup fee. The AI Receptionist is $349 per month. Google Profile Management is $97 per month. Website & Local Search Management is $499 per month plus a one-time $499 onboarding fee. The three core services together are $499 per month plus the same single $75 setup fee. Full Park Growth, which combines all services, is $849 per month plus a one-time $499 onboarding fee that replaces the $75 setup; only one onboarding fee is ever charged.

Website & Local Search Management includes the Google Profile Management service in full. A park subscribed to Website & Local Search Management or Full Park Growth is never billed the $97 add-on separately, and a park already paying for it receives credit for that service when upgrading.

Services bill monthly in advance. Stated prices include the messaging, email, telephony, and software costs of delivering the service; there is no per-message billing. Third-party advertising spend, reservation-system subscriptions, hosting, and premium software fees are not included and are billed separately only when required and approved by you. We may change pricing with at least 30 days written notice, and changes never apply retroactively to a month already paid.

The 30-day promise, defined

Review & Reputation Automation carries this promise: if your park's review count is not visibly up in 30 days, month two is free. Here is exactly what that means.

Day 0 is the date your first review requests begin sending. The measure is your park's publicly displayed Google review count. If the count shown on your Google Business Profile on day 30 is not higher than it was on day 0, the second month of Review & Reputation Automation is not billed. The service continues while you decide whether to stay.

For bundle subscribers, the promise attaches to the Review & Reputation Automation component, so a triggered promise removes $149 from the month-two bundle charge. We record the day 0 and day 30 counts and share both with you, so no one has to argue from memory. The promise applies once per park, on the first 30 days of service.

The promise does not apply where the count fails to rise because the park suspended the service, provided no usable guest contacts, or asked us to pause sending. Reviews removed by Google after being posted still counted on the day they were visible.

What you provide

You are responsible for providing accurate guest contact information and for having the right to contact those guests. You confirm that guests whose details you supply gave them to your business in the course of a booking or stay. You control your own Google Business Profile and grant the access needed for the services you buy, such as posting replies, photos, and updates. For the AI Receptionist, you provide the park details the system answers with, and you are responsible for their accuracy. For Website & Local Search Management, you grant the website, hosting, Search Console, and Analytics access needed to do the work, and you remain the owner of your website, domain, content, and data.

Reviews are written by guests

We ask your guests for reviews. We do not write reviews, buy them, incentivize them, or filter which guests are asked based on how they are expected to rate you. Aside from the 30-day promise defined above, no specific rating, review count, ranking position, or booking volume is promised, because those outcomes are not within our control.

Website and SEO work

Website & Local Search Management covers the maintenance, monitoring, and search-optimization work described on its page, including up to 60 minutes of content changes and one prioritized content improvement per month. It does not include a website redesign, a new website build, malware recovery, custom development, paid advertising, or advertising spend; that work is quoted separately. No search ranking, traffic level, or booking outcome is guaranteed, because search results are controlled by search engines and not by us.

AI in the services

The AI Receptionist is an automated system, and review replies are drafted with AI assistance. AI systems can make mistakes. Consequential actions keep a human decision in the loop: negative reviews are flagged to you before any public reply, and calls the receptionist is not configured to handle are escalated to a person rather than guessed at. If an AI-produced error occurs despite that, tell us and we will correct it promptly.

Cancellation

There is no contract term and no cancellation fee. You may cancel any service at any time by emailing info@fillmypark.com, and the service stops at the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except as the 30-day promise provides. Data you supplied is returned or deleted on request per our Privacy Policy.

Messaging rules

Text messaging under the services follows carrier rules and the consent language shown where numbers are collected. Message recipients may reply STOP at any time, and that opt-out is honored immediately and permanently for that number. You agree not to supply contacts who have not consented to be contacted by your business.

Website use

The content of this website belongs to Ryzoro LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or submit false information through its forms.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

The services are provided as described on their pages, without other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryzoro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings. Our total aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both parties consent to that venue.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Changes apply going forward, and a change to the 30-day promise never applies to a promise period already underway.
