| Google Profile Management | $97 | none | Add-on. Photos, posts, replies, hours, and categories kept current every month. |
| AI Receptionist | $349 | none | Every call answered in the park's name, 24 hours a day. Telephony included, no per-minute charges. |
| All Three Core Systems | $499 | $75 setup | Reviews, receptionist, and profile together. Saves $96 a month against $595 separately. |

How much does RV park marketing cost?
With FillMyPark, managed marketing starts at $149 a month for Review & Reputation Automation, plus a one-time $75 setup. The AI Receptionist runs $349 and Google Profile Management $97. Website & Local Search Management is $499. Bundles run $499 or $849 a month, each with one one-time fee.
How much does RV park SEO cost?
Local SEO runs inside Website & Local Search Management at $499 a month, plus a one-time $499 onboarding fee that establishes the baseline. The price includes website maintenance, up to 20 tracked keywords, one content improvement each month, and the full Google Business Profile service. Most parks should evaluate results over at least 90 days.
What is included in RV park website management?
Uptime, security, and performance monitoring, backups, plugin updates when applicable, booking-link and form checks, broken-link monitoring, and image compression. Each month also carries up to 60 minutes of content changes, plus updates to rates, amenities, policies, and seasonal information the park supplies. A plain-language report covers everything done.
Is an AI receptionist charged by the minute?
Not at FillMyPark. The AI Receptionist is $349 a month flat, and the stated price includes the telephony and software costs of delivering it. There is no per-minute metering, no per-message billing, and no usage surprise after a busy season. Some services meter minutes; this one does not.
Which fees are one-time?
Two exist. Review & Reputation Automation carries a $75 setup, charged once per park, and the All Three Core bundle carries that same single fee. Website & Local Search Management and Full Park Growth carry a $499 onboarding fee instead, also charged once. No package ever charges both fees together.
The audit comes before any of these prices
Every engagement starts with a free audit, and each service page offers the one matching its leak. The audit names where the park stands and what the gap costs. If nothing is worth fixing, it says so, and that answer costs nothing.
Not sure which plan fits? Ask.
Name the leak that hurts most and the tools the park already runs. The reply recommends the smallest plan worth starting with, by email, within one business day. Sometimes the honest answer is the $149 plan, or none at all.
