FillMyPark is a service of Ryzoro LLC, a Nevada limited liability company located in Laughlin, Nevada ("Ryzoro," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Information collected on this website

The free audit request forms collect your first name, the name of your park or campground, its website address, the city and state where it operates, your business email address, and the audit focus you select. A phone number is optional. The form also records whether you checked the optional call-and-text consent box, which audit you requested, and the date and time of your submission.

Form submissions are delivered to us by Static Forms (staticforms.dev), a form processing service that transmits what you submit to our email and retains a copy per its own policies. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and site activity, such as which pages are viewed and whether an audit request was completed. Analytics data is aggregated; we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, park names, or form contents to analytics. Google's handling of analytics data is described in Google's own privacy documentation. This site does not use advertising cookies or ad-platform tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and the change will be dated.

Why we collect it

We use audit form information to prepare and deliver the free audit you requested and to respond to that request by email. If you provide a phone number and check the optional consent box, we may also call or text you about your request. Your park name, website, city, and state are needed to review your park's public presence. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages

By checking the consent box on the audit form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Ryzoro LLC about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently for that number. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile phone number collected by this website or our services is sold, rented, or provided to any third party for that third party's own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Calls answered by the AI Receptionist

Parks that subscribe to the AI Receptionist route inbound calls to an automated answering system that we configure and operate. When you call a participating park, the system collects what you provide on the call, such as your name, phone number, requested dates, and rig details, in order to pass your inquiry to the park. Calls may be recorded or transcribed to produce the written summary the park receives. The information belongs to the park you called, is used to handle your inquiry, and is not used to market to you by us or by any other park.

Guest information handled for client parks

Our Review & Reputation Automation service sends review requests to a park's guests using contact details the park supplies from its own booking records. In that work we act as a service provider to the park. We use guest details only to send that park's review requests, never for any other park, never for our own marketing, and never for sale or rental to anyone. Guests can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. Each park is responsible for having the right to contact the guests whose details it supplies.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, currently: Static Forms for website form delivery, and the platforms we use for text messaging, email delivery, telephony, and customer records. These providers process information on our instructions to deliver their function. A current list of providers is available on request at info@fillmypark.com.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Ryzoro LLC or others.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. Audit requests are kept while we prepare and follow up on the audit and any resulting service discussion. Client and guest data used to deliver services is kept for the duration of the service relationship. When information no longer serves its purpose, or when you ask us to delete it, it is deleted from our active systems.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@fillmypark.com. Reply STOP to any text message to end messaging immediately. We respond to requests within a reasonable time and do not charge for them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to people and providers who need it to do the work described here. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee is possible.

Children

This site and our services are for business owners and operators. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how mobile numbers or guest data are handled will be called out plainly, not buried.
