Costs

What Google profile management costs

Ours is $97 a month, with no setup charge. It is also the service most parks could do themselves, and this page says when they should.

Google Business Profile management for an RV park is $97 a month here. There is no setup charge on this one.

It is the smallest service sold, and it is deliberately priced as an add-on rather than a programme.

Never billed twice. This service is included in full inside Website & Local Search Management and inside Full Park Growth. A park on either of those is not charged $97 on top.

A park already paying for this that upgrades gets credit rather than paying twice. The full rules are on the pricing page.

What the monthly covers

  • Hours kept correct, including seasonal dates and holiday hours set before they are needed.
  • Categories and attributes reviewed as Google changes what is available.
  • Photographs added regularly, so the listing does not look abandoned by September.
  • Posts, at a rhythm the park can sustain rather than a daily quota.
  • Questions answered before somebody else answers them, which is a real risk on a public listing.
  • The pin and routing checked from each approach, per fixing a wrong map pin.
  • Duplicate listings watched for, and merge requests raised when one appears.
  • Monthly reporting on calls, direction requests and what campers searched to find the park.

The honest case for not buying this

Worth stating, since it is the easiest of the services to do in-house.

Filling in a Google Business Profile needs knowledge of the park more than expertise. An owner with an afternoon and the Maps audit checklist can do the initial pass as well as anybody.

A park that will genuinely keep it current should keep the $97. This service exists for parks that have proved to themselves they will not, which is most of them, and there is no shame in that.

What tends to slip when nobody owns it

  1. Seasonal dates, so the listing shows a closed park as open, or an open one as closed.
  2. Holiday hours, on exactly the weekends the park is busiest.
  3. Photographs, where the newest is three seasons old.
  4. Questions from the public, which anybody can answer and whose answers persist.
  5. Duplicate listings, which get harder to resolve the longer they accumulate reviews.

None is dramatic on its own. Together they produce a listing that reads as a business nobody is minding, which is what a camper is actually judging.

Why no competitor ranges appear

None were verified. The published figures on this subject sit on the marketing pages of agencies selling the service, and they disagree with each other.

Listing management is also sold in very different shapes. Some quotes cover a monthly post and nothing else. Some include review handling. A range without the scope behind it would mislead.

What to check in any quote

  • Does the park keep ownership of the profile, with the agency added as a manager rather than the owner?
  • Are reviews included, or is that a separate service?
  • How often is anything actually done? Monthly management that means one post is not management.
  • Who answers public questions, and how quickly?
  • What is reported, and does it include calls and direction requests?

The first question is the important one. A park whose agency holds primary ownership of the listing can lose access to it. Recovering a profile is far harder than setting one up.

Where this sits against the other services

As an add-on, it pairs with Review Automation for a park wanting its Google presence handled without a full programme.

For a park buying website and search management, it is already included and should never appear as a separate line. That rule matters more than the price itself.

The free Google Profile Audit checks the park listing for missing, wrong or stale information: hours, categories, photos, the pin and unanswered reviews.

We will review your park and email the findings within one business day. By submitting, you agree to the Privacy Policy and allow us to respond to this request by email.
